CARE GUDE
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and design of our products. We are dedicated to using only the finest materials, and each item undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure it meets the highest manufacturing standards. By following these care steps, you can ensure that your lingerie remains in pristine condition for years to come.
LACE AND MESH
- Choose a gentle detergent: Opt for detergents specifically formulated for delicate fabrics or those designed for children's clothing. Avoid regular washing powders and bleach, as they can damage the fibers.
- Hand wash in cool water: Fill a basin or sink with cool water, up to 30 degrees Celsius. Submerge your lingerie set and gently agitate the water to distribute the detergent.
- Pre-soak: For optimal cleaning, pre-soak the lingerie set in a small amount of detergent for 15-20 minutes before washing.
- Avoid rubbing or squeezing: Handle the delicate fabric with care during washing. Avoid rubbing or squeezing the fabric, as this may cause damage to the fibers.
- Rinse thoroughly: After washing, rinse the lingerie set in cool water to remove any remaining detergent residue.
- Air dry flat: Lay the lingerie set flat on a clean towel or drying rack to air dry. Avoid hanging the lingerie, as this may cause stretching or misshaping of the fabric.
SILK
- Temperature control: Ensure proper temperature conditions to avoid shrinkage, damage, or fading of the silk fabric.
- Dry cleaning service: Maintain the integrity of the lingerie by utilizing a dry cleaning service for effective cleaning when necessary.
- Avoid washing machine: Never machine wash silk items, as this can damage the delicate fabric.
- Hand wash with cold water: If washing by hand, use cold water to gently clean the silk lingerie.
- Use specialized washing agents: Use special powders or liquid washing agents dedicated for silk to ensure gentle cleaning.
DRYING
- After washing, gently squeeze out excess water from your lingerie.
- Avoid wringing or twisting delicate fabrics, as this can cause damage.
- Lay your lingerie flat on a clean towel or drying rack to air dry.
- Avoid hanging lingerie to dry, as this can cause stretching or misshaping of the fabric.
- Allow your lingerie to dry naturally in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- Check the care label on your lingerie for specific instructions and recommendations.
- Once dry, store your lingerie in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape and integrity.
IRONING
- Place on ironing board: Carefully place the lingerie set on the ironing board with the inside facing out.
- Select appropriate mode: For sets with silk inserts, use the "Silk" mode on the iron. Avoid spraying silk with water to prevent staining.
- Choose minimum temperature: For sets made of lace and stretch tulle, select a mode with the minimum temperature on the iron.
- Use fabric as barrier: When ironing, place a fabric between the set and the iron to prevent direct contact.
Natural wear, including color grain variations and incidental marks, adds to the uniqueness of each item and should not be considered imperfections. For optimal care, avoid exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity, and refrain from contact with cosmetics, or oil-based substances. Take care when in contact with light-colored garments or surfaces to prevent color transfer. We recommend to use dedicated cleaning substances to preserve the beauty of your LACER products.
