Orders placed by 1:00 pm of Warsaw time are processed on the same business day.

The prices shown at Online Store include the statutory value added tax for EU countries but do not cover import duties, fees, and taxes for non-EU countries. these charges are set by your local customs office and must be paid to release your order from customs. The applicable incoterms delivery terms may vary depending on the delivery country.

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be confirmed at checkout.

Shipping costs and import duties, fees, and taxes are waived if the order meets the free shipping threshold.

You can withdraw from the purchase contract up to 14 days from the date you received your order. Once you have withdrawn from the contract, you must send the goods back to us within the next 14 days. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these instructions:

- fill in the return form (available for download here) to help us process your return more efficiently.
- place the items you wish to return in the parcel (ensure they are in their original packaging and have all tags attached), along with the completed return form.

Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your order.

Please note, the cost of shipping for returned goods is the customer's responsibility.

We accept exchanges for alternative items. If you opt for a less expensive product, the difference will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase. For a more expensive product, you will need to settle the price difference.

We will respond to exchange requests within 14 days (subject to availability of the desired product).

Please be aware that certain products cannot be excanged, particularly those related to health protection or hygiene reasons, such as panties and bodysuits, excluding swimwear.

After we have accepted and processed your return, it generally takes between 7-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank. In some cases, it may take longer due to factors such as processing times at your financial institution. Please note that we can only refund the original payment method used for the order; we are unable to refund to any other payment method. shipping charges, tax fees incurred during checkout are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
