Is it possible to pre-order an item?
The option to pre-order will be displayed on the product page if it's available for that item. pre-ordering means reserving an item that is not yet ready for shipment but will be available soon. Each pre-order item includes an estimated ship date, although please note that these dates are subject to change. If you have any inquiries regarding the status of your pre-order, our customer care team is available to assist you.
For orders containing both currently available and pre-order items, they will be dispatched separately but you will only be charged once for shipping fees. Similarly, orders comprising pre-order items with varying expected ship dates will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
